Digital Engineering Specialist

Overview:

Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is working with a local council to secure a Digital Engineering Specialist for a 6-month opportunity. This position will offer you the chance to advance infrastructure projects through digital solutions to drive business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Digital Engineering (DE) Framework for the Roads directorate aligning with the long-term council goals.
  • Establish and manage DE programs.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure asset data and systems meet the council’s needs.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure information plan.
  • Provide technical advice and support in the development and improvements.
  • Lead mobility solutions.
  • Manage asset and non-asset data.

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification in Tactical Assest Management.
  • Knowledge of asset and corridor management systems, digital engineering and asset information standards.
  • Computer skills including relational databases and GIS experience (preferably ESRI)
  • Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
  • In-depth understanding of Asset Management Principles.
