Alchemy Recruitment Consulting are searching for a Finance Officer to join our team in Brisbane. We are an established recruitment & professional labour hire agency. We service various industries including mining & resources, construction & engineering and public sector.
We believe this is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and vibrant Finance Officer to assist us in achieving our next phase of growth. This opportunity exists due to internal movements and upcoming leave. There will be a comprehensive training period.
In this role you will be responsible for assisting with financial operations of the company. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing AP and AR functions
- Assisting with Payroll queries
- Handling weekly timesheet
- Ensuring Purchase orders are up to date
- Monthly COAL LSL Report
- Resolving client queries via email / phone
- Reporting finance data to the Finance Accountant
Essential Requirements:
- We are looking for previous experience in a similar role with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in Xero would be beneficial
- Experience in leadership roles
- Previous experience in recruitment and labour hire businesses will be highly regarded.
