Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is working with a Civil Construction organisation, that is seeking a Project Manager. You will be leading projects across Infrastructure, Subdivisions Community Projects and Roadworks.
These projects are located in North Brisbane/Moreton Bay, Ipswich, Toowoomba and Gold Coast
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and coordination
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholder engagement
- Track and evaluate the performance of construction teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency
- Identify and resolve performance issues promptly
- Prepare and deliver reports on production costs and manage project budgets
- Oversee the procurement process for machinery, equipment, and materials
- Health and safety regulations, risk management and implement strategies
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
- Prior experience in Civil Construction
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrate commitment to maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
