Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is proud to partner with one of the major state government organisations to search for a Project Manager to lead their cloud migration project.
What You Will Do:
- Manage project planning and execution within the Corporate Technology Services program.
- Coordinate with CES teams and stakeholders, following Release Management processes and PRINCE2 or MSP methodologies.
- Develop business cases for new initiatives and oversee project performance.
- Provide guidance on technology solutions and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams and handle multi-tasking in a virtual environment.
What You Will Bring:
- 7-10 years of project management experience; government experience preferred.
- Previous experience in managing cloud migration project is essential
- Experience in workforce planning solutions would be highly regarded
- Strong technical and functional SAP expertise with proficiency in PRINCE2.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to develop business cases, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and solve complex problems.
- Relevant certifications (PRINCE2, MSP, ITIL, Agile, SAFE) and experience with SAP Activate methodology are desirable.
