Ras started in ICT recruitment in 2006 in Brisbane, and since then, has delivered high-end, market-leading recruitment consulting services in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Sydney.

I’ve brought on to manage and grow Alchemy’s ICT and Corporate Services teams, establish best-in-class delivery and provide high quality services to our clients in the Mining, Engineering, Construction, Financial Services & Tech sectors and the Public Sector as well.

I inherently believes in providing excellent, high touchpoint, consultative and relationship management focused services to clients and candidates that improves the life and work quality of people’s well-being.  As a manager, I believe in being open, approachable, honest, caring and bringing out people’s best to give them every opportunity to shine in their own right.  After all, we achieve so much more as a collaborative, supportive and engaged team of people working together!

Outside of work, I enjoy a good, healthy life of surfing, snowboarding, functional training at the gym, travel and anything in the outdoors.  A lover of good food, wine, coffee and a some of the finer treats that life brings too.
